James Stolz, LICSW, LADC

James Stolz, LICSW, LADC In my practice, I help people overcome their personal obstacles to change. Together, we identify those issues which we can change and those that we can accept. In the past 12 years, I have helped people create healthy movement in their lives and to develop a balanced design for living that can serve as a foundation for years to come. I strive to provide an atmosphere that is respectful and safe. It is very important to me that clients know that they have a voice in the treatment process so that the treatment is individualized to meet their needs. Check out James's Psychology Today Page

Monica O’Connell, LMFT, LADC

Monica O’Connell, LMFT, LADC The people I spend time with are professional, intelligent and usually on the edge of making the next best step towards health, success or a healthy relationship. Often times, the barrier for them is self doubt, behaviors that no longer work (addiction, eating, over-working) and/or "not having enough time." Many of my clients are counselors, therapists or others in the helping profession. I am a strong ally of the LGBTQ community and have many clients who identify within this community. Rachel Levine, LMFT

Rachel Levine, LMFT My approach is collaborative in which a unique, confidential, helping relationship is developed between myself and client(s). I help my clients understand themselves and relationships influencing their lives. I believe couples of any orientation can find resolution, and assist families by promoting communication, exploring family dynamics and relational challenges. My practice is open and affirming to any identity or relationship however defined, and I am dedicated to LGBTQQ equality and inclusion. Check out Rachel's Psychology Today Page

James Chadwick, LICSW

James Chadwick, LICSW Cognitive-behavioral and attachment theories comprise the core of my clinical philosophy. How we think and feel shapes our behavior. In therapy we learn basic tools of asking for help and building trust. These skills let us examine our thoughts and emotions to make behavioral changes that support our goals and growth. As a client you are the catalyst for clinical progress and direct treatment planning and decision-making. I draw upon clinical practice in sexual health, chemical dependency, mood disorder, adolescent, and personality disorder settings. I am a licensed graduate social worker pursuing independent licensure through the state of Minnesota and hold a master’s degree from Augsburg College.   Check out James's Psychology Today Page

Tim Winchell, LICSW

Tim Winchell, LICSW I enjoy working with people to resolve the problems that are interfering with their life and happiness. Some common concerns I address in practice include depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol issues and PTSD. I welcome working with other members of the LGBTQ community to address issues that are often specific to our experiences. My hope for my clients is that we can work together to resolve their past, improve their experience in the moment, and reach the future they see for themselves. I often utilize EMDR in my work, in addition to traditional talk therapy, problem solving, CBT, DBT and mindfulness based practices. Check out Tim's Psychology Today Page
