Lindsay has a lifelong passion for psychology. She is a wife to a firefighter and a mother of four. She specializes in trauma, anxiety disorders, critical incident stress, interpersonal relationships, and personal and professional resiliency.

Clients say she has insightful perspectives, a depth of knowledge about the brain and body system, and a sense of humor that makes therapy fun. Her approach is client-centered and practical.
Lindsay’s philosophy of therapy sums up what sessions with her will be like: “I believe there is beauty in the ashes, perfection in the imperfect, and freedom in laughter. I believe that in connection with ourselves, God, and others we find healing. There is ALWAYS HOPE.”
Lindsay is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Trained EMDR therapist, Dare to Be Different Marriage Coach, Group Facilitator, and Critical Incident Stress Consultant to her clients. To peers and professionals, she is a First Responder Care Trainer, Clinical Supervisor, and a Mental Health Career Consultant; teaching professionals to develop professional growth, self-care practices, and burnout protection.

She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, professionals, and organizations. Her technical skills include EMDR, Somatic Experience, Biofeedback, Internal Family Systems, Therapeutic Art, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Neurolinguistic Processing, and Brief Therapy techniques.
